ZT型阻尼弹簧减振器

ZT型阻尼弹簧减振器(又称预应力弹簧减振器)具有钢弹簧减振器的低频率和阻尼大的双重优点,消除钢弹簧固有 的共振振幅激振现象。该系列产品共18种规格,其单只荷载15~2000Kg各类荷载所应对的固有频率2.0Hz~4.6Hz,阻尼 比0.065.该系列减振器荷载范围广,便于用户选择,固有频率低,隔振效果好;并且结构紧凑,外形尺寸较小,安装更 换方便,使用安全可靠,工作寿命长,对工作环境适应性强,并能在-40~ 110℃环境下正常工作。对积极隔振、消极隔振和固体传声的隔离均有明显的效果。 是隔离振动降低噪声、治理振动公害、保护环境的理想减振器。

ZT型系列减振器共有三种安装形式,ZT型减振器上下座面装有防滑橡胶垫,对于干扰力较小的动力设备,可直接将 ZT型减振器置放于设备的机座下,勿需固定,可任意移动调节重心,ZT(I)型上部固定,ZT(II)型上下均可固定。

为了便于用户正确选择和使用减振器,现将ZT型各种规格的减振器的载荷、静变形及固有频率关系绘成曲线图,并示于图 中。当某一种规格减振器承受载荷确定后,便可从图中方便地查出相应静变形及对应的固有频率。

减振器的选用及布置原则 The absorber choosing

一、确定被减振体系的总重量(其中包括设备重量、基座重量及部分管路重量等),再根据基座尺寸来确定减振器的数量和每 只减振器承受的初设载荷。

二、根据被隔振设备的工作转速、干扰力及工作环境条件来选择减振器型号。

①在一般振动要求不严又难于取得设备扰力时,可以近似地采用减振体系总重S乘以动荷系数来确定每只减振器需承受的重量。

②动荷系数可以根据被减振体系总重董及扰动频率大小来确定。臧振体系总重量较大扰动频率较小时,动荷系数可取小些。减 振体系总重量较小扰动频率较大时,动荷系统应取大些,一般情况下动荷系数取1.2-1.4之间。

三、扰动频率(f)与减振器固有频率(fo)的频率比应大于2.

While when the vibration isolutor series weight is not heavy and the interferential frequency is high, the moving load modulus should be big, Normally it between 1.2 and 1.4.
